13. Public Pages, Reporting and Takedowns

The Artist Blueprint lets you publish public pages — such as an electronic press kit (EPK) or a show page — at a public URL that anyone can visit. When you publish a public page, you represent that it promotes you, or an artist, event, or release you are authorized to represent, and that the names, images, audio, video, links, quotes, and other content on the page are accurate and yours to display. You are responsible for keeping a published page accurate and for taking it down if it becomes misleading, if an event changes or is cancelled, or if any of these representations stop being true.

Reporting a page. If you believe a public page contains inaccurate information, promotes an event that has changed or been cancelled, or uses your name, image, likeness, music, or other intellectual property without permission, email legal@theartistblueprint.brmarketgroup.io with the URL of the page and a description of the issue. We review reports — typically within two business days — and may correct or remove the page at our discretion. The ability to publish public pages may be limited or revoked for repeated or bad-faith violations.

Copyright and the DMCA. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on one's behalf, and believe content on a public page infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@theartistblueprint.brmarketgroup.io that includes:

  • • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
  • • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and the URL where it appears;
  • • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, and may remove content and terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice may subject you to liability.
