The Artist Blueprint is a software platform operated by BR Vault, Co. BR Vault, Co. is responsible for the collection, use, and protection of your information. The Artist Blueprint was built and is maintained by BR Marketing Group, a marketing agency for artists; BR Marketing Group does not operate the platform or process your personal data.
We do not sell personal data.
We use trusted third-party services for infrastructure and communication. These providers operate under their own privacy policies.
The Artist Blueprint uses YouTube API Services. If you connect a YouTube channel, we access only what you approve on Google's consent screen: the email address on your Google account, your channel's ID, name, and thumbnail, its public statistics (subscriber count and total views), and permission to upload the videos you schedule in The Artist Blueprint. We use this to show your channel's numbers in your dashboard and to publish the posts you schedule, at the time you choose.
Google's own handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy .
Google user data is used only to provide, maintain, and improve user-facing features within The Artist Blueprint. We do not sell Google or YouTube user data, and we do not use it for advertising.
The Artist Blueprint's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account's third-party connections page , which stops our access immediately. Google does not notify us when you do this, so to delete the access tokens we stored, disconnect YouTube in Settings. Channel statistics we already imported stay in your account until you ask us to delete them.
If you connect Instagram, you sign in with Facebook and choose which Facebook Page to share. Through Meta's APIs we then access: the Page's ID, name, and access token; the linked Instagram Business or Creator account's ID, username, follower count, and media count; and the like and comment counts on your 25 most recent posts. We also use the publishing permission you grant to post the images and videos you schedule in The Artist Blueprint, at the time you choose.
If you connect a Facebook Page, you sign in with Facebook and choose the Page to share. We access the Page's ID, name, access token, and follower count, and we use the publishing permission you grant to post the text and photo posts you schedule in The Artist Blueprint to that Page, at the time you choose.
We use this data only to show your Instagram and Facebook numbers in your dashboard and to publish your scheduled posts. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the service providers that help us run the platform. Access tokens stay on our servers and are never shown in the app.
You can disconnect Instagram or Facebook in Settings, or remove The Artist Blueprint in your Facebook settings (under Apps and Websites, or Business Integrations). Either way, we delete the access tokens we stored. Statistics we already imported stay in your account until you ask us to delete them; see Data Deletion Instructions.
We set a small number of first-party cookies on .brmarketgroup.io, which covers this site, our main site, and our blog. Essential cookies keep you signed in, protect the site, and remember the cookie choice you made. They are always active.

Two events — creating an account and starting a paid subscription — are sent to Google Analytics from our servers rather than from your browser, so that the amount of a subscription is reported accurately. What we send is the random analytics identifier already stored in your cookie, the plan and billing period you chose, and the amount charged. We do not send your name, your email, or the address of any page you visited. If you declined analytics, or never had an analytics cookie in the first place, nothing is sent.
To connect a payment back to the visit it came from, that same random analytics identifier is passed to Stripe, our payment processor, and stored with your checkout so it can be read back when the payment completes. Stripe already processes your payment details and your email address on our behalf; this adds the analytics identifier to that record. It is not used for advertising, and it is never combined with your payment details on our side.
Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland until you accept them, and can be declined anywhere. We record each choice — accept or decline — together with the date and the version of this policy you were shown, so we can demonstrate the choice was made. That record is tied to a random identifier stored in your cookie, not to your name or email.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: open cookie settings.
We implement safeguards to protect your information, but no system is fully secure.
Information is retained only as necessary for platform operations and compliance.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information.
If you connected Google or YouTube, you may also request deletion of associated imported data by contacting us at the address below.
