How to Submit a Request

1. Send an email to hello@brmarketgroup.io from the account email you used to sign up.
2. Use subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
3. Include your artist name and specify whether you want account deletion, connected integration deletion, or both.

Scope of Deletion

Upon verified request, we remove your account-linked data from active systems and disconnect connected integrations, including Meta integrations where applicable.

Verification and Timeline

We may request basic verification details to prevent unauthorized deletion. After verification, requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe.
